Lambsquarters, raw, 5 oz

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Lime or Lemon 1 -juice
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Himalayan Pink Salt  1/2 tsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1  fresh tbsp
    Cilantro, fresh, 1 tbsp
    Red Pepper 1 diced

    X
      Options:
      • Green Onions 2  sliced or 1/4 Red Onion sliced
        Carrots 1 sliced
      Add a 1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds or Sunflower Seeds (soaked overnight)
    Combine washed and dried lambsquarters (trimmed of stems-use leaves only)

Whisk oil, juice of lemon or lime, and remaining ingredients in separate bowl.

Pour over lambsquarters and toss well, just before serving.
